As the title states, we bake Authentic Caribbean Cakes. Our cakes are baked from a Traditional Authentic Trinidadian recipe that is over 100 years old.
Our cakes are soaked in Caribbean Rum for at least 12 months
to ensure great quality and taste.
The cakes contain no artificial additives, no preservatives and no rum essence.
Our cakes are also available without rum and without eggs.
